Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped within one business days (not weekends and/or holidays). All domestic and overseas military orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship international.

Regular shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Any order placed after 2PM Eastern will increase your delivery by a day.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMEX. All credit cards are electronically verified by First Financial via a SSL bit secure server prior to billing and shipping for your security. Charges will appear as “Evolving Concepts” on your credit card statements.

Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

• In the case of a lost package, the customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS. We provide tracking for every order.
• Naturally Fit is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
• Naturally Fit is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS.

Returns and Exchanges (United States)

• We do not accept returns on packages 30 days after purchase.
• Items must be UNOPENED to be returned. We do not accept returns on opened supplements.
• Giveaway or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
